Holstar is comprised of 3 best friends who graduated from Plano East in 1994. We started making holsters for the music festivals we attended, like Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, and Coachella, and have have been online through our website and Etsy for over 10 years. Chad lives in Los Angeles now, Kirk in Detroit, and I (Doug) live in McKinney, TX. Kirk works many festivals in Michigan, like the Ferndale DIY festival where I am right now. I am trying to do more in the Dallas area, including Allen Drafts and Crafts next weekend. I’d love to bring our Holstars to the Deep Ellum Arts Festival!
