We Decree is a 3 piece rock, slam poetry and funk hip hop fusion that brings high energy performances loaded with the message of Liberation from modern dictatorship in its various forms. The group is comprised of Deep Ellum veterans who have performed in about a dozen bands, solo and group configurations over the last 15 years. Each member has significant ties to the area and considers it our Basecamp, showing out to support our friends in the wide array of solo artist, group and collab acts in addition to reinforcing the legacy of each venue that has stood or fallen to the test of time.
