I have been creating cover art for as long as I can remember , I have lived a eclectic life that taken me around the world on many far flung adventures in my more youthful past , My love of history, nature and folklore really influences my work , I enjoy competitive slam poetry and the need for a journal started my near 3 decades of doing this full time. If you ever watch the 1st 2 seasons of that old TV show "charmed" you will see the books of shadows I made for the 1st two seasons. I am addicted to maple walnut ice cream.
What does Deep ellum mean to me?
Creative Freedom. I have previously been part of the Deep Ellum magic in a corner location for 10 straight years under the previous management , The show really stands out with amazing music and a creative vibe found nowhere else - I can't recall ever being in a event that had so many tattoo's and such good energy. Many shows are all work but Deep Ellum really adds a lot of fun factor that I would very much enjoy indulging in once gain
