Hannibal, Missouri
I’ve been creating with a ballpoint pen since grade school, guided by music—particularly underground hip-hop—as the conduit for my expression. Drawing from subconscious reflections, life experiences, nostalgia, and pop culture, I’ve honed self-taught techniques with relentless dedication to craft art that invites introspection. My creations emerge organically, reflecting personal evaluation over ideological intent.

What does Deep ellum mean to me?

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of selling my artwork at the Deep Ellum Art Festival, and during that time, I’ve developed a deep and lasting connection to the area. I’ve seen Deep Ellum through its highs and lows, and even though I don’t live in Dallas, it feels like a second home. I have family living there, many of my collectors are there, and I’ve spent so much time walking those streets that I know them like the back of my hand. I proudly wear my Deep Ellum hoodies and tank tops wherever I go, sharing the story of this unique and vibrant community with the world. I’ve always advocated for Deep Ellum because it holds a special place in my heart. I cut my art festival teeth in Deep Ellum.
