I have been a solo outdoor adventurer for my entire life, and I have always loved the solitude of these nature experiences. When I pick a wilderness environment to photograph, I choose the locations that I feel best convey how I feel when I am there alone. Nature takes on a different feeling when there are no sights and sounds of human contact, and my technique is focused on bringing these feelings to my customers. I want my photographs to emit the feelings of serenity, peacefulness, and beauty that I actually experienced during the photo shoot.
