Painting mostly wet on wet, I let the randomness of the colors flow into place creating depth and wonder. I focus mainly on insects, since they tend to be misunderstood and underappreciated for the quiet good they bring to this world. I started this for those who want to bring nature indoors without the concerns of bringing actual nature in your house. Also, my hope is that with these creatures presented as art, the viewer will discover an appreciation for the small life all around us that we must take for granted.
