My name is Liz Wallace and I've lived in Dallas, Irving and now Euless. It celebrates the vibrancy of life through imagery that reminds us of its ephemeral nature. My art blends gothic themes with Mexican cultural patterns and topics. The use of bright color contrasts against the animals or skeletons that looks back on the viewer.

What does Deep ellum mean to me?
Deep Ellum holds a special place in my heart as I often visited many of the bars and restaurants during my time in college. It's grown with me and I've enjoyed the many of the shops and special events held there. Like buying spices from the 1890 Marketplace, looking at the wild shoes at Fluevog or visiting the Sons of Herman Hall for their events. It lets me relax and accepts all the eccentric individuals around Dallas.
